Installing OpenWrt on the TL-WR1045ND

For installation via OEM GUI, rename *.factory.bin to tp_firmware.bin; For installation via TFTP, rename *.factory.bin to wr1045v2_tp_recovery.bin
Flashing third-party firmware can brick a router and usually voids the warranty. Always check that the firmware image matches your exact hardware version.
